At The Walking Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected.
